Ten yes-or-no checks
Operating Snapshot
Take a quick look at what is already working, then choose one gap that would take the most weight off the partnership.
Mark what is true today
Check a statement only when it is already consistently true.
Notice what remains
Unchecked statements are gaps to discuss, not failures.
Choose one gap
Make it your one, add a commitment, or open its conversation.
When you mark a statement true, its gap actions are replaced with an undo option. Uncheck it at any time to bring those actions back.

How to read it

6+ unchecked · Start with the paper. Most of the other gaps close behind a written agreement. Choose your one below.
▸ What the scores mean
True today — how many of the ten statements are already consistently true. This is a picture of the partnership as it runs now, not what you plan to do.
Gaps to discuss — everything still unchecked. Each gap keeps its actions available, and grouped gaps point you to the conversation that closes them.
How to read it — the band for your number of gaps:
- 0–2 gaps: maintain the system you have built; use the agreement to record it.
- 3–5 gaps: pick the one that takes the most weight off and calendar that conversation this month.
- 6+ gaps: start with the paper — most other gaps close behind a written agreement.
How this affects the Agreement Builder: every gap tagged with an Agreement § is a section worth drafting. Choosing “Your one” gives you a direct link into that section, and “Add as commitment” carries the wording over to My Commitments so the agreement and your follow-ups say the same thing.
On paper
0 of 2 checkedNothing is written down. Everything else in this snapshot is resting on memory and goodwill.
The money
0 of 2 checkedNeither the timeline nor the reporting is predictable. This is where partnerships break first.
The roles
0 of 2 checkedNobody could say who decides what. Every request becomes a negotiation.
The people
0 of 2 checkedStaff do not know who employs them or who directs them. That is a liability, not a misunderstanding.
The watch
0 of 2 checkedNo oversight and no exit plan. A single leadership change could end this partnership badly.
